Any student of the Holy Bible knows that Israel is at the center of God’s relationship with the nations of this world, His-Story of global affairs. Being “firstborn” carries both privilege and responsibility. So let’s start there:

• Israel is stupid and evil because overall, corporately, as a nation it has rejected its own King. That’s extra stupid and evil considering that Israel’s Messiah is the Son of God, the only ruler fit to reign over a kingdom of shalom, mishpat, tsedeq, and hesed. When you reject the Prince of Peace Himself, well then naturally you are going to do a lot of other stupid and evil stuff as well, right? Indeed.
• Countries that support Israel in doing stupid and evil stuff are thereby derivatively stupid and evil as well. Again, Israel is YHWH’s firstborn son (Ex 4:22), but if big brother goes wayward is it virtuous for you to encourage him in his waywardness?
• Countries that seek to destroy Israel are also stupid and evil. God has an eternal plan for Israel, going back to His covenant to bless those who bless Abram (Gen 12:1-3). The Torah, indeed the whole Tanakh, is in large part the story of the sons of Israel doing stupid and evil stuff but God preserving them anyway because of His faithfulness to His covenant (Deut 9). Even after the destruction and exile of AD70/135, God has preserved diaspora Israel through two millennia of extended wilderness wandering (Rev 12). So Israel’s evil stupidity is not an excuse for you to stupidly fight against God’s plan according to your own evil agenda.
• Revelation 13 is a merism, so everything from kingdoms that fight against God’s people, to kingdoms that claim to serve God but do it in their own ways, and everything in between, are all just different species of beasts for the Babylonian whore of corporate humanity to commit bestiality with. The Kingdom of God is distinct from the nations of this world, all of which rage against it in one form or another.
• Less so in today’s interconnected world, but historically some far off countries didn’t know or didn’t care too much what was happening with Israel or the so-called Christian nations. These countries were/are also stupid and evil on their own merits, for a variety of reasons, not the least of which being the fact that they are composed of member from the human race which is inherently stupid and evil ever since we entered into rebellion against our Creator.

In sum: All the countries of this world are stupid and evil. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The good news is that there does exist a kingdom which fully operates on wisdom and goodness because its King is the Wise and Good one. Nevertheless, this “Kingdom of Heaven” takes its name from the fact that it is not yet fully manifest on this world. In due time, all the stupidly evil kingdoms of this world will be destroyed, and King Jesus will reign over all the earth in peace, righteousness, justice, and loving-kindness for ever and ever.
